We, the undersigned, are writing to express our concern and unhappiness regarding the noise levels experienced in the area over the past weekend for the duration of your Conclave event. We believe that, except for a short reprieve for a few hours on Friday and Saturday nights, the sound levels coming from your event, were totally unacceptable. Residence over 10km away from you were expressing concern. People run businesses in this area and have paying guests. We as a community, understand that this is a source of income for you, but we cannot accept or tolerate any such event in the future, it is just too disruptive.
