To Ensure Free Fare and Transparent Elections

• In a democratic country, elections are vital to the quality of a country's governance. Fundamental principle of credible elections is that they must reflect the free will of the people. To achieve this elections should be transparent, inclusive and must be trusted by the voters.
  
• Our Constitution also speaks of Free Fare and Transparent Elections. 
  
• We the People of India through this petition want to submit to the Hon'ble Chief Justice of India that LokSabha elections which are being conducted presently don't meet the above principle of credible elections because the voting process is not being trusted by the Voters as evident from the fact that PILs against #EVM_VVPAT system are being repeatedly filed in the Supreme Court. Also during the last few months, lawyers of the Supreme Court alongwith general public organized protest rallies against EVM at the National Capital.
  
• It seems that the Hon'ble bench of Supreme Court hearing the EVM-VVPAT petition is also ignoring the points related to principle of credible elections .
  
• We the People of India therefore pray that either the elections should be conducted with ballot paper or 100 % VVPAT should be counted. 
  
• Kindly take the matter into your own hand and do the justice at the earliest please because  " JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED ".
