There is no where to take dogs in Tauranga so this sounds like a really fun place for them that is fenced for all sized dogs

because us RESPONSIBLE dog owners need a safe, fenced area to take our dogs so they can be off the lead without some non-dog owner whinging about dogs in public places!

It's an awesum idea that has merit and shuld be followed up with. The amount of fees Councils take in registrations, fines etc, it's about time dog owners are given something back and a fenced dog friendly area with obstacles 2 negotiate and sumwhere a cool off would be fabulous.

I signed this petition because I am really in favour of a fenced in dog park. We have 2 little dogs who love other dogs and love to run around but have a tendency to run off and not come back straight away so we tend to keep them on leads most of the time - just in case anything horrible were to happen. I would also love to see a park like this in the Mount too but would be more than happy to travel if I could let my dogs run free.

I think TCC needs to provide some services for our dogs based on the registration we pay.
