The road at the beginning of Hawks Bay The View is unfinished and will stay unfinished until the phase 2 of Hawks Bay is complete which will take 1-1.5 years. The road is very narrow covered in uneven surface, manholes and speed bumps. Two cars can not fit around the corner and the road surface changes from manhole, uneven surface to speed bumps causing damage to cars and their wheels.
Solution:
Remove speed bumps at the corner
Add 2 speed bumps 1 at the beginning of the playground and 1 at the end of the playground
Tarmac the circumference of the manholes so they're less abrupt
Add a give way sign for the top of the hill north side to allow cars driving up the hill priority
Add a slow down sign for cars driving up the hill approaching the corner
