Formosa has polluted the Vietnam's sea for dumping chemical waste into the water. The Vietnamese authorities, instead should have investigated the incident and have measures to protect and clean up the sea, but have kept quiet to avoid the issue and even publicly lied about it by making ignorant advices or explanations about the mass dead fish phenomena along the central coast of Vietnam. Therefore, Tran Hong Ha as the Environmental Minister must resign. He is unfit for his post.

Bồi thường (khẩn cấp) tất cả thiệt hại cho nhân dân nhưng vùng bị ô nhiểm.
Bồi thường cho Chính Phủ Việt Nam những thiệt hại và hậu quả sau này theo luật Quôc Tế.

Deze gebeurtenis is een ramp voor het Vietnamese volk. Omdat het giftige water langzaam maar zeker in heel Vietnam zal verspreiden en daardoor worden alle producten vernietigd. En het drinkwater is dan ook dodelijk.
Het bovengenoemde ramp lijkt wel op het uitroeien van het Vietnamese volk. En dat heeft de Chinese Regering gepland. Vandaar dat de eisen in deze petitie is voor mij niet voldoende.
