I believe that all religions must have freedom in all aspects...And no human being has any right to take away their beliefs in god!

Azaan is our call to prayer. It is forbidden to ban our call of prayer

How can one even think of banning Azaan, its a call of prayer. Respect our religion PLEASE!!!

Its really sad that we as muslims are subjected to such scrutiny of our religion,the azaan is an intergral part of our religion! The governmemt wants to stop that? Do they know that the 1st caller of the azaan was a black man??do they know that over a thousand years ago this very act equated all men of colour to be equals in the eyes of God??so to the people who feel as strongly as I do about this, let them not silence us! 1st the azaan then what next?? Keep educating people and uphold the deen!!ameen

My word the governmemt has so much of other issues to desl with,if they can sort out the crime, the environment ,the inadequate housing,the roads the education system, the comission of bribery and corruption and all the big issued that really need their attention then they can start knit picking on small issues like this!they should stop focusing on trivial requests of uncompasionate people who are intolerant to Islam and focus more on running a crime free, and economical country

I think people are losing their faith and belief in God and defending their religion. Thereforre the lack of morality and decency.May god protect us all

Why do v have to remind our south african goverment that we are a rainbow nation.. We hav fought hard for the freedom from color discrimination & that nw we have got the Freedom from it ... Yet ... V hav to fight for our religious Freedom...Let all the religions carry their acts as long as it does not discriminates other religion...

I love Islam,I'm a hindu for years d Azaan has been heard y now,d Azaan gives me peace,please respect all religions!

Please allow the masjid to give azaan on the speaker system .

Until the day the world cum 2 a end,we muslims will fight for our azaan to b read 5x a day!its our call to prayer,and its thee most beautiful call in the world/only if the nun muslims knew what it means!!!come on brothers/sisters let's unite on this it can never happen!Allah ukbar!!!!

Please don't ban the azaan. Natural disasters can start to occur in south Africa if religions are shut down.

It's unbelievable how our government is attacking religion where it causes no harm rather than important issues such as fraud by members or parliament & their lack of knowledge. Following this trait. Started by foreign countries is doing a great injustice to rights in a country that praises itself on being a country of FREEDOM FOR ONE & ALL, yet the only religion with freedom & recognition is Christianity!
