It is a disrespect to the Hindu tradition and Religion. Such moves are immoral and are totally unacceptable by all Hindus. "Bhagvad Gita As It Is" is one of the important and respected works of modern times and is an integral part of the Hindu community.

The Lord our God is one. He will not permit the banning of the Bible, the Koran, the Guru Granth Sahib, the Bhagavad-Gita, or any authorized religious scripture. To build such a case will bring terrible results for the prosecutors. In addition, the lives of those who could and should benefit from such Holy scriptures will be so much less rich and rewarding. Such a case would and should be thrown out of any just and honest courtroom.
