It is rather unusual to bring such a wellknown considered to be the Malodious Song of The Lord Krishna sung on the Kurukshetra(battle Field) for the benefit of the humanity represented by His well respected and brave cousin brother Arjuna;who with sublime feelings and devotion towards Lord Krishna as his brother and a guide in living his life as a Warrior denasty!
This Song of God is described as Geeta as pure and
as a representation of God! Lord Krishna spreading loving devotion for the God and importance of Selfless Action.In Geeta Lord Krishna instructs Arjuna who is generally understood to represent "any human Soul who seeks perfect guidance-on the nature of the Soul,God,and lead one to Liberation.
The Geeta gives perfect knowledge on how one should live life selflessly and in the sprit of Submission to the Lord (Supreme Personality)who provides all the natural amenities like water light,food,health giving properties,nature to enjoy and make use of things provided without expecting anything in exchange! It is our duty to be thank ful to Him! THe Lord has made human beings in His own image! He has given knowledge,conscience,feeling for devotion and deep independent understanding with power of discretion!
This religious book is producded in the court as a an oath to speak truth and nothing but the truth.
How can any Govt show disrespect to such Book of Oath which teaches human being to be truthful in one's life?

this act of russian government should be condemend as they are going on war on religion there are better thing to do than this

It is the only scripture in the world which elucidates the purpose of life.If read and understood properly it provides direction to every person in the world irrespective of their religion.It emphasizes role of the Dharma or Duty in reaching the ultimate Godhead and Nirvana.

Preserve Bhagavad Gita and save Humanity.

BHAGAVAD-GITA IS HOLY BOOK FOR EVERYONE NOT ONLY FOR HINDUS THE PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD RECCOGNIZE IT AS THE HOLY BOOK. UNLIKE OTHER HOLY SCRIPTURES THIS IS THE ONLY ONE ALL OVER THE WORLD WHICH WAS DIRECTLY SPOKEN BY SUPREME LORD HIMSELF

Hinduism is the oldest religion. Bhagavad Gita should not be banned at all...

А здесь Государство гарантирует каждому гражданину свободу совести и вероисповедания, «включая право исповедовать индивидуально или совместно с другими любую религию или не исповедовать никакой, свободно выбирать, иметь и распространять религиозные и иные убеждения и действовать в соответствии с ними» .

Каждому гарантируется свобода мысли и слова, никто не может быть принужден к выражению своих мнений и убеждений или отказу от них. По Конституции РФ также «не допускаются пропаганда или агитация, возбуждающие социальную, расовую, национальную или религиозную ненависть и вражду. Запрещается пропаганда социального, расового, национального, религиозного или языкового превосходства» .

*Федеральный Закон «О свободе совести и религиозных объединениях» (от 26.09.1997).
Государство считает важным содействовать достижению «взаимного понимания, терпимости и уважения в вопросах свободы совести и свободы вероисповедания».

Это что, иск против Верховного Закона??
