Maccarron I've read and read and read the stuff on this forum and the other forums that strangely vanished. I've read the facts and the 'facts', I've read the abuse and put up with abuse once or twice. I've had posts deleted for absolutely no good reason at all and seen other innocuous posts deleted.
I've seen pictures that do not measure up to the claims and watched your arguements run round in circles.
I'm now happy that the work is legal, I have the paperwork and information in front of me. I can properly tell you what sort of common it is, I could give you the title number from the land registry if I wanted- which I don't because you should know it already and I have reams of paperwork on applications and decisions. I'll be happy to walk the common and legally ride on it if I want to, in the full and informed knowledge that you and your 'legal advisor' are talking out of your rears (and that's the rudest I've been on here).

Cattle do not have to have calves to be threatening, whether your dog is on or off a lead will make NO difference if they decide to go for you and your dog. If you or I tried to introduce this risk on public spaces the HSE ( health and Safety Executive) would come down on us like a ton of bricks.

Have you been in a field and seen a lurcher running for its life being chased by cattle with no calves in sight?
The links I have put in are a FRACTION of all the cases recorded. Many have not been.
Sitting here, my farmer friend has just gone past. Our last conversation concluded that cattle should not be on the common and dogs and cattle have a mutual distrust.
Once again my friend Mr Guest, are you saying hand on heart that there is no risk and there will never be an incident. What do YOU have to say Mr Guest?

4/ Commons ownership IS disputed,tree cutting is ilegal with trees up to 100 years of age being felled.Erosion IS happening. Introducing cattle is introducing risk
5/ On the contrary, I have declined the assistence of the travelling community, I am in contact with them and they had mede their mind up about people like you before I started this campaign. Would you like to meet them to have a chat?
6/Their have been previous objections and campaigns, the supposed route to justice has been an impediment for rightful objections.

I've had a look at your links to the people involved and on the whole theres a theme. Ihope they NEVER put pregnant cows on the common or cows with calves.
'A WOMAN was trampled to death by a herd of cows after falling while trying to retrieve her dog, an inquest heard today. The pair had decided to walk their dogs in the field, which did not have a designated footpath. Detective Constable Rya Cowan, of South Wales Police, said Ms Hinchey became separated from her friend while trying to retrieve her dog which had wandered off.

"If they come towards you, let the dog go, because the cattle are simply protecting themselves and they see the dog as the enemy,” Mr Rees said. “They’re not really interested in you but if you try and hold your dog and protect your dog, then you could be in trouble.”

What threat? I was suggesting we meet as I always do, the travellers I have met represent the many who have made clear their objections to me and the council. I thought it would be useful for you to have this confirmed in person.

How could they prosecute him under that act though. Its vehicles being driven without lawful authority, vehicles without specific permission. How do we know that he doesn't have permission?
