Because this is a clear violation of international law. No country has the right to take her complaint against other countries to its own courts of law. But an international court. This is an act of aggression against other countries by US government. UN must stop this otherwise UN is no good for nothing but full filing supper powers interests no matter it is right or wrong.

The USA does not have any right to log into Iranian frozen assets without any valid due process. All justice systems are one side toward Iranian government.
If we take similar claims to Iranian courts, the outcome will be the same since every country's justice systems are biased toward her own country.
