He died on the same day as, my birthday, never forget , just wished I'd had the courage to say hi to him the year before at the bikeshow

I remember Jason as a runner at Washington Athletic Club. He was a lovely guy and totally fearless. Sadly missed.

Already a legend because of his performance in the United States.
Honored him by having the same tattoo and went on a pilgrimage to Mammoth
Mountain in California to say farewell. Rest in peace Jason.
