LIAM BACKHOUSE NEEDS RE-SENTENCING

This is the reason why there are so many dog attacks, dogs being abused by owners then when the dog gets older feels the need to defend itself the only way it knows how, he should of been banned for life from keeping any animal, his mentality towards animals wont change and he will pass this on to his kids and the cycle continues

He is an evil and cruel bastard, and can never keep a pet ever again!!! Should spend the seven years he can't keep one in prison, and be branded on his face with "i commit cruelty to animals"!!! Should also be given the same treatment he gave to the poor dog.

Needs a longer sentence at least 5 years would be different if was a human that was harmed
