I signed because Elvis gave his own money and performed a concert to raise funds for this very important memorial. He was a true patriot and loved his country. His name should be reinstated because without his support the memorial would probably not exist. If the names of beneficiaries to good causes where removed because they had done something people found unacceptable there would probably be no famous names on anything!!! Elvis was a truly GREAT American still loved all over the world

I have yet to visit the memorial bit plan to soon. It is unacceptable that Elvis is not honored for his contributions to get the memorial opened. His benefit concert was a significant catalyst to that effort.

I believe it to be true, he had abused prescribed drugs but stand back and look at the big picture he still donated just like all others involved do you have any dirt on them im sure something can be found!! Elvis was extremely generous to everyone to the end and his name being removed is an insult to a man who did so much for the world not just USA and this is the treatment he gets wake up America dont make the same mistake as others Elvis has passed the only people you a hurting are his family and you didnt reject the money at the time of construction shame shame USA.
