It is really important for so many reasons. My dog is in recovery from an illness so the inner ring is safe for him to walk gently. It is brilliant for those people training their dog. Elderly dogs can feel comfortable with the option of the inner ring. And many more reasons to replace the fence.

Hello. The enclosed fencing is ideal for puppy training and small dogs . Any new or wary dogs as being enclosed meant u could see other dog s coming safely .Ihave a chiuhaha and it was a God send living so near town . Especially with the dog attacks happening . People know each other there too .I've not really been there as I have a small chiuhaha .Since its been gone 🐾 Regards
