I signed this petition because the Vietnamese Communist never respect the Paris Cease Fire Agreement. Those countries that signed in the declaration promising that the Agreement would be carried out properly please keep your words by using your power pressing the Vietnamese Communist to respect the Agreement by letting the Vietnamese People have the right to decide either Freedom or Dictatosrhip through a general election.
