Was patient there a few times always found staff to be efficent and helpful and we need a local hospital close by

Time is a precious gift that we all take for granted -time waits for no man, woman or child - once we allow services to be cut in portlaoise we are devaluing ourselves - lets hope time is on all our sides when it really count's

Rediculous that this hospital is under the spotlight so much when the fault lies firmly with the cutbacks and lack of funding which isn't the hospitals fault . Now they want to cut emergency times! Where are we to go? The Midlands is being chewed up and spit out like we don't matter. Well my kids matter, my husband matters, my family and friends matter, and I matter. I want the unit and hospital to be funded better and the community made feel safer.

We need to retain our local hospital in Portlaoise. Lives will be lost if closed. Peoples lives should count above all else. Travelling further distances to even more overcrowed hospitals cannot be the HSE and Governments' solution, surely???!!!!

Hi im outpatient with Dr Sean Fleming .I write to say the care I get from Dr, staff is excellent so this hospital must be SAVED!!!!!

I sugned this petition so my brother will not have to travel miles to get treatment. He has enough worries with his health without no access to treatment near him if he needs it.
