Why killing a lion that is the king of beast for not understanding he is in captivity. Kill the real killers out there, which calls themselves human

Because the lion has done nothing wrong! If Sanparks did their job right they would not have to get rid of the animal. It really is a symbol of someone getting paid a fat salary but too lazy to find a solution to the problem cause that would take an actual effort. Far easier to get rid of the animal. I do hope Sanparks gets rid of the decisionmaker that decided to get rid of Sylvester rather!! He is the one that is a problem.

Sanpark has NO valid excuse to kill this lion! At least two credible alternatives have come forward, namely Emoya Wild Cat Sanctuary, that has offered a temporary accommodation solution and the famed lion conservationist John Varty, that has offered a PERMANENT sanctuary. This is shocking and shameful beyond belief.

You cannot kill this beautiful animal just because he wants to be free. There could be other reason for his breakout than poor maintenance of the fences

Why kill the animal as he escaped due to HUMAN ERROR (BROKEN FENCE!!). San parks could dart and relocate him. I'm sure there will be a good home for him somewhere

I am so glad, we should really consider all the options before simply killing the lion just because he has escaped.  To many animals are being killed for no apparent reason. One of these days we will have no animals left! SANPark must maintain their fencs better!!!!!!

Because it is not necessary for him to be put down just because he keeps escaping. Just make sure he is moved to a very secure location
