STOP TRASHING OUR BUFFALO CITY METRO

While I sympathise with the plight of the Municiple workers and their cause, I feel strongly that their way of going about protesting destroys the city and therefore any sympathy they deserve in respect of their claims. South Africa is a democratic country with an election just around the corner. Why not rather use your VOTE to effect the change you need.

Soon a torrential rain will wash all the rubbish into the cities inadequate drainage systems,which will block and cause more damage to pavements, roads!
More money will be needed to repair this additional damage to an already non-servicable infrastructure. The rubbish eventually landing in the rivers and sea!

So sad. How could this beautiful City of my youth deteriorate into such chaos? We're all in this together, so come on South Africans, where is your pride?

PATHETIC A 14TH CHEQUE?????????

My home town, King William's Town deserves to be a beautiful place with respectful residents.

It all about greed. The more people get the more they want. Municipal workers are paid good salaries for doing as little as possible.They should re struct and get rid of dead wood. There are many honest retired people with good finance skills that can be employed and assist with using the tax payers constructively

Our once beautiful city is an absolute disgrace and an embarrassment to its citizens. Get able bodied people to take responsibility and be held accountable.

This is a beautiful city and the Buffalo City Metro should deliver all services efficiently.
Don't the strikers realise that the damage they do costs so much to repair there is nothing left to give them salary raises.

Its A Disgrace that our once beautiful city now looks like a rubbish dump. Our main street is shameful shop walls plastered with papers street ful of uncable drivers and jay walkers. Give back our beautiful city.
Too ashamed to say I live in this city.
