All private carer's must be registered with a governing body, they have to be answerable to someone when caring for vulnerable people in their own homes

All self employed carer's must be registered with a governing body i.e. CQC,. Social Services, at the moment they don't have anyone overseeing them when they are looking after vulnerable people in their own homes.

Family has to trust them with their relative and trust that their certificates are genuine. 

There are vulnerable people who are unable to voice any concerns and abuse that they are suffering at the hands of some of these people, it's time for the law to be changed to protect people in their own homes.
