Hi all, we just want to say THANK YOU so much for your support, your messages of encouragement and for surrounding us in love during this challenging time. It's still going on, and negotiating with Council could be an ongoing process for the time we are here. However, they have started to show a willingness to treat us with fairness and respect in recent days. We have the support of awesome advocates to thank for this change of tone.

Negotiations happening!

Thank you everyone who have signed our petition! We have been heartened by community support and your powerful words of encouragement. So there's a little progress, and it would seem the door to negotiations with Council has been opened ajar! They have agreed to talk with us next week and have relaxed on the hard and fast ruling of an immediate eviction (which would have been yesterday.) We're still in limbo and hoping we can at least get a longer extension to work out a plan forwards.

Please keep sharing the petition as the community pressure seems to be having an impact.
