Justice for Thobile – Kingsway Road Safety

Dear Supporters,

First, a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has signed and shared our petition. Your support shows that our community cares deeply about the safety of our children and residents.

I recently visited Unity Secondary School and spoke with teacher Jane Nduma, who confirmed that the authorities in charge of Kingsway Road said speed humps, pedestrian crossings, and traffic enforcement cannot be installed because it’s a national road.

This is heartbreaking. Thobile’s tragedy should not be in vain, and we cannot accept “no” when it comes to saving lives. While traditional measures may not be allowed, we are exploring alternative solutions and will keep fighting to make Kingsway Road safer for students and everyone in our community.
