On May 23, 2011, I sent the signatures to Vice President Jejomar Binay and Deputy Speaker of the House Lorenzo (Erin) Reyes Tañada III, with a cover letter.  I have verified that the letters and signatures were received by their officers / staff. 

I hope that our efforts and our voices shall be heard,. I will be closing this petition on 26 May 2011.

Thanks for signing the petition.  I am closing down the petition signing by May 15th, so that we can send it out to authorities.  One copy will be for the House of Representatives through Cong. Erin Tanada and one for the Senate, and a copy for Vice-President Jojo Binay.
