Support the Right to Voluntarily Return to Work

We, the undersigned, respectfully request the option to voluntarily return to our workplace.

We are in favor of giving employees the freedom to choose whether to return to work in person, provided all required safety measures are in place and public health guidelines are followed. While remote work has served a purpose, many of us feel we can be more productive, connected, and effective when working on-site.

We are not calling for a mandatory return, but rather a voluntary one — allowing those who are ready and willing to come back to do so, without pressure on those who prefer to remain remote.

We believe this approach respects personal circumstances, supports mental well-being, and helps restore normal business operations responsibly.

Therefore, we urge management and relevant decision-makers to:

Provide a safe and organized plan for voluntary return

Clearly communicate safety protocols and expectations

Respect each employee’s personal choice without penalty or stigma
