District 13
This a plea to Eskom Hld SOC Ltd to return us to Meadowlands Zone 9 (district 13). We were never part of Meadowlands Zone 10 (district 6) as we experiencing outages as often as every week. The block affected is opposite Rebongwe Primary School.
