Dino is the one we all counted on. Seriously. You’ve helped us grow, kept us focused, and somehow made work way more fun (even during the tough days). You’ve been a key enabler in "unlocking seamless alignment across cross-functional chaos" - and we truly mean that synergistically.

Your support, ideas, and good vibes have made our team stronger. You care about us not just as workers, but as people. And yeah, we’re really going to miss that.

We know leaving is a personal choice, and we respect that, but we still want to try! If there’s anything we can do to make staying easier (better projects, fewer meetings, Friday offs forever? - we wish-) , we’re ready. Just say the word.

So this is our (half-joking, but also very real) way of saying we wished you stayed. And how much we’ve valued having you as our teammate. Even if you're set on leaving, we just had to let you know. 🫡
