Thanks to the National Institute for the Deaf in South Africa (NID) my entire life was changed to focusing on the development of new ways to communicate Educational and Tourism Information to the Deaf and blind. I love it, and wonderful things are happening in SA. See our website www.incar.co.za for regular updates on our progress. Together with the De la Bat School for the Deaf Worcester, we will be launching a new DVD-set of a Deaf Friendly version of Assistant Chef Training Material at the WFD World Congress at the Durban ICC in July 2011.
