I am disgusted that this absolute prick is appealing this case, how can this man be allowed to have another license to breed? He quite clearly doesn't have animal welfare at heart, he is money motivated and couldn't care less about the animals

Animals should not be neglected, abused in any way. Animals matter. They feel pain, hunger, happiness, desperation etc. Treat them right. They are vulnerable and need our love and protection.
