Syrian people need help

people in Syria need help as fast as you can. People they don't have basic needs from water,Oil for heat,comunications,Electricity,gas for cook,food very expensive.
I don't think that Arab league is effective and will only impact the people not the covernment.
This will give the government an excuse to cut off suplys.
