If in any possible way, legally or illegally, we avoid fulfilling our promises, this will result in an increase in distrust and this will result in enmity and going toward struggle instead of construction. If the US is going to lead the world, the most important thing which it should seek is the trust of other countries which in the long term will turn US as a trustworthy and trusted leader. Logging Iran's money might have short-term benefits for the US, but in the long term, the US will definitely lose its respect, especially among the Iranians who seek better relations between the two countries. |
