I just started a petition for my daughter who was raped 5 times by my sons best friend. And the state attorney does not want to file charges because the 19 year old boys parents hired a attorney and refused the lie detector test. This country is going MAD. My little girl is 4 years old who knew Summer when she was with her grandma and granddad and held her hand only weeks before... our prosecution system sickens me because I see what this injustice is doing to this family who have started this petition, Summer will always be their angel but her justice needs to be freed, this country needs to give that! Its not too much to ask!
