i'm not spending a penny of my vacation money if I can't kite. Greece if off my vacation/visit list till kitesurfing restrictions removed.

My wife and I have been considering a trip to Greece as kiteboarding tourists. Without adequate access we will be spending our hard earned tourist dollars elsewhere.

Love the Greek islands. Love kiting. Less likely to return if I can't kite there. There must be a less radical solution to the real safety issues which can exist between beach visitors and kitesurfers. Worth a civil discussion with authorities.

I am so depressed. My country-fellows are so idiot...
The coast guard that published this circular only thinks how to avoid work (less ktiesurfers in the water, less things to worry about).
Please note that there are still touristic areas that comply to this ridiculous circular and you can still kite.
It is just that you cannot kite anymore to any beach.
The only good think is that the coast-guard in Greece some times is bored and does not pay attention :)
Please do not blame the majority of Greek people for the stupid actions of some. This is the curse of my country. Few but stupid enough to destroy all of us!

I would like it if the public beaches stay open for the kitesurfers. Greece has the perfect conditions for kite and windsurfing.

Free Kitesurfing greece
I´m wind and kitesurfer because of the freedom feeling in this sports. if kitesurfing is only allowed in a station on greece beaches and i must pay for the "free nature", or a kitepass or something like this (wind and water and beach) it was my last kitesurfing holiday in greece!
