Deny Walmart Variance Request @ 135th St

This is a very bad spot for Walmart to go in. Nobody wants a huge chain store to go into a residential area and cause even more traffic congestion where they live. Traffic on NE 135th street is already crazy and people stopping to enter a Walmart here would cause a lot more congestion on an already busy street. If anything a nice peaceful dog park would be nice in that location. If Walmart really wants to go into North Miami, I suggest down on NE 125th Street, west of Memorial Hwy where it's already a commercial area. I will do my best to make the Jan 6th meeting. I'm looking forward to meeting some of my other neighbors there.

They just designated this area as a historic area and then they want to put a walmart, give me a break!
