i sign it because i know the difficulties of mentally ill people specially in here.
people are forgetting that mentally ill people are the part of the community.we just pass them in here on streets like they are not the creation of God!1we respect ordinary patient!! God create all of us in His image so whether we believe or not,Cristian or Muslim,religious person or ethicist it doesn't matter mentally ill people are our part!!they didn't come from other universe ,
they could be our brother,sister,mother or father ,friend or neighbor so is there any one who hates his our family ,brother,sister father,mother or a friend. why we can't give a protection for those who can't help themselves.
we have to believve one thing...... they have more humility than us!! they like to share what they have!! i see it on my own eyes!
families,communities,governoment has to give a better protection to them!!

the issue is to serve the people who really rejected by others, who are the mental sick, we need change especially for africa, many mental people are increasing and there is no enough care .
