Because I believe she was innocent.

Because she didn't do anything but open up a awesume group

It's not right what this lovely lady is going through,I believe a warning should be issued,taking her to court is just ridiculous.

Helping her that help others!! If not for her efforts in help feed the people, I say why not sign. Their is alot of elderly people that love this delicacy but just can not go out and get it them selves. This is a easier way for them, and if she makes her a bit of money....good on her, it's not harming any one.

I signed this petition because I am a lover of kina's and what Santi did was give us a page that we could all relate to and it is worth the hard mahi that she and her co. have done to drool over all the pics of our kaimoana.

This woman didn't make money off the sales of these raffles. Feeding the masses is all she did.

I support this pitition because I believe Santi inocently made a mistake and loves seafood with a passion and would not jepordise the sustainability of any seafood knowingly.

Sad as maf! go find the REAL poachers, that collect the undersized for big cash to resturants, that barter for drugs, n who take hugely over the limit and that includes the blimmin commercial lot they're the real reason we have to protect kaimoana so hard in the first place! thev depleted our resources not giving sea a chance to recover, all in the name of govnmnt greed, Santis intentions are purely and obviously a passion she has n shared it with like minded kiwis, recreational divers the hunter gatherers, its the fave pastime for maori in particular, the delicasy of our elders, the livlihood of many coastal ppl n their rohe, its a great way to spend time with the kids n to teach them the tikanga o tangaroa, wich many have shared on this awesome page, so what she had a dam raffle?! her intentions are far from criminal, obviously innocent, n if anything, the page created more awareness n respect for kina than uz do! wake up maf!

Santi is a kind and caring person that doesn't not deserve this she has put all her time,heart,effort and passion into something she loves and also all of us kina addicts we all love our kaimoana and why should she have to suffer for that selling seafood and trying to do raffles for a good cause like making a kina festival happen in the community I say would be the best thing to bring every nz together so I say and come as one have a good fun day!!! Just let her be and stop all this court nosence and let her be happy doing what she love and she is not hurting no one!!
