We as humans are custodians of this world. As such we have an obligation to take care of the animals and our enviroment. A countries government therefore should a have a department entrusted with the defence of animals and nature.

Spero che vengono fatte delle leggi severissime per non vedere più animali abbandonati,perché in Romania va di moda avere dei cani di razza,e quando ci sono dei problemi,vengono abbandonati!Bisogna educare la gente al rispetto verso i nostri amici,eliminare hingherii,mafiosi e l'eutanasia di comodo!E una vergogna!La polizia deve essere molto severa con chi non rispetta la natura e gli animali!

When bad things happens, first it's the animals, then the humans'. Humans are animals in the way they think and emote. Our physical body is not that different from animals and our social behavior is like animals. When we appreciate and ensure the well being of animals we take care of ourselves as well.
