As a Human Rights defender in Uganda and on behalf of all youth and women, i say climate change wil have a big effect and real disaster for these tow groups in their future. So thetre is need for a Special Rapporteur on Climate Change to help on these issues and i hope the United Nations can consider me esp on youth issues.
