Enough is enough! We are tired of being harrassed based on color alone. This harrassment has led to murder too many times. Taxpayers pay the salaries of LEOs and we deserve to be treated fairly and NOT BULLIED!

This petition seems to be proposing an act that commands officers, who are committed to protect and serve the community, to conduct themselves with decency and respect for all citizens. This should already be a requirement, but based on recent events, it needs to be spelled out again and actively reinforced.
