We, the family, friends, and community of Alizwa Lisa, respectfully oppose the bail re-application of the accused charged with his murder. The release of the accused would be contrary to the interests of justice, would further traumatise the family, and poses serious concerns for community safety. We respectfully request that the Court refuse the bail re-application.
