Keep Born High a Safe Community Space

We are Born High Social Club.

This is more than just a space to smoke.

For many of us, this is a place where people come to feel safe, connect, and be part of something real. It’s a space built on community, respect, and responsible cannabis use, away from the streets, away from public exposure, and within a controlled, private environment.

Recently, following a complaint from a neighbouring business, we have been instructed to stop all indoor smoking.

We understand the concern and we’re not ignoring it.

But we also believe that completely shutting down indoor smoking removes the very foundation of what makes this space meaningful to so many people.

We are committed to finding a real solution:

• Improving our ventilation and air filtration systems

• Making any necessary structural or operational changes

• Working with the City to meet all health and environmental requirements.

We are not asking to ignore the rules.
We are asking for the opportunity to fix the problem without losing our space.

Born High has always been about doing things the right way creating a safe, respectful environment for our community.

Now we’re asking our community to stand with us.
