Online supplementary
Hi, I'm a final year student in Mount Carmel College.
MCC has decided on conducting Supplymentary exams for the 2017 batch offline.
During this time, I'm not sure if I can attend offline exams because everything is very uncertain and my parents will not allow me to travel during these times.
There's a lot of risk involved in travelling during these times, as you're already aware of.
I don't want to be a carrier of this virus and bring it back home to my parents, after staying so carefully inside our home in quarantine.
If there's anything that can be done from your side, it will be really very helpful.
MCC has already delayed in conducting exams.
I have a job lined up for me, but they're waiting for the exams to get over.
It's very hard to get a job during this time, and I don't want to lose this opportunity because of an exam which was supposed to be over by now!
We're ready to face any extra costs for online exams as well.
Karnataka government has strictly mentioned that the schools and colleges can only physically call students with a *parental consent*
In our case, they're not bothered by it.And it's extremely unfair.
We have parents too, who are aged and concerned.
