PETITION FOR NORTHERNS ROADS

We, the residents of Ward 27 and visitors to Benoni Northerns and John Barrable Hall, petition the MMC dealing with SHRAC and Real Estate and the concerned HOD's, to urgently prioritize and undertake the resurface of the internal roads on both sides of the facility.

The roads are in poor condition and cannot handle the high volume of traffic, and this neglect undermines community use, safety, and accessibility. Despite a donation arranged by Cllr Joseph to have potholes filled at no cost until the City can fund resurfacing, this offer has been ignored.

We call on the MMC to immediately commit to resurfacing or, in the interim, accept the offered support to ensure the roads are safe and usable.

Our community deserves facilities that are safe, accessible, and properly maintained.

We urge the MMC to act without delay urgently
