PETITION TO APPOINT THE STRATA COLLECTIVE AS OUR STRATA MANAGING AGENT
We, the undersigned owners of SP 54026, strongly support the immediate appointment of The Strata Collective as our new strata managing agent, in place of the current arrangement being advanced by Mr Hans Lesmana, his office bearer supporters, including "his assistant" Mr Patrick Chen (Strata Committee member).This petition is made in good faith and for the following reasons:

WHY WE REJECT THE ALTERNATIVE BEING PUSHED BY HANS AND PATRICK The current push by Hans Lesmana and Patrick Chen lacks transparency, and is being orchestrated without proper consultation of all owners. The agents being considered by their group have not been vetted by the full Owners Corporation and have no tender or merit-based selection process to support their appointment. Owners are being railroaded into backdoor decisions, potentially under duress, without proper due diligence or democratic consensus.
OUR RIGHT TO A SAY We assert our legal and democratic right as owners to:
Select a strata manager through a transparent, competitive, and merit-based processReject any appointment made under duress or conflict of interest and non-transparent voting results with scrutineersRestore accountability, good governance, and ethical leadership in SP 54026.
We therefore respectfully request That The Strata Collective be appointed as managing agent at the next General Meeting or via NCAT Tribunal order under s237 or s238 of the SSMA 2015
That this petition be accepted into the record as part of the evidence bundle in the current NCAT proceedings. Together, we can restore trust, transparency and professional governance at SP 54026.
