Peticija za Povratak Bosne i Hercegovine na Ustav Republike Bosne i Hercegovine
Mi, dolje potpisani građani Bosne i Hercegovine, pokrećemo ovu peticiju s ciljem da zatražimo povratak naše zemlje na njen izvorni ustavni okvir, a to je Ustav Republike Bosne i Hercegovine.
Naš poziv dolazi u vreme kada entitet Republika Srpska, svojim delovanjem, ugrožava Daytonski mirovni sporazum i stabilnost naše države. Verujemo da su odluke koje su nedavno donesene u ovom entitetu suprotne osnovnim načelima suvereniteta i integriteta Bosne i Hercegovine kao jedinstvene države.
Razlozi za povratak na Ustav Republike Bosne i Hercegovine:

Očuvanje suvereniteta: Bosna i Hercegovina je nezavisna država, i svi njeni građani imaju pravo na jednake šanse i prava.

Jedinstvo i suživot: Povratak na izvorni ustav bi pomogao jačanju jedinstva među građanima različitih nacionalnosti i veroispovesti.

Obnova poverenja: Respektovanje i primena originalnog ustava doprineli bi obnovi poverenja među različitim etničkim grupama, garantujući pravičnost i jednakost za sve.

Stabilnost i sigurnost: Ponovno uspostavljanje ustavne osnove Republike Bosne i Hercegovine doprinosi političkoj stabilnosti i sigurnosti u regionu.
Pozivamo sve građane Bosne i Hercegovine, institucije i međunarodne organizacije da se pridruže našem pozivu na vraćanje naše zemlje na njen izvorni ustav kako bismo osigurali prosperitetnu budućnost za sve naše građane.
