Rename Powderhorn Park for Renee Good and Alex Pretti

We, the undersigned, request that Powderhorn Park in south Minneapolis be renamed in honor of Renee Good and Alex Pretti.  We also request that a suitable memorial be placed in the park recognizing their sacrifice for basic human dignity.
