Save Busking in Temple Bar

In a junior cert geography book Temple Bar was referred to as "The cultural quarter of Dublin City Centre",and I would argue that busking is an important part of culture, but Dublin City Council want to take the culture out of the cultural quarter, will you lay down and allow this to happen?
