To improve travel conditions and provide clarity about the location of the train, as well as information about next stops, connections with local transport and with long-distance destinations.
We insist on:
1. Voice announcement of the next stop, bouth after departure from previous stop and before arrival at the stop. Announcements to be broadcast in both Bulgarian and English, and upon your request in additional languages.
2. Voice announcement of which side of the train to get off from. It helps to ensure comfort when leaving the train witout unnecessary hasitation on which side is the exit.
3. Voice announcement of possible conections with local or long-distance directions at the next stop and schedule.
4. Placing signes with names of the stops been seeing from every seat in the train day and night.
5. Placing a clear information for destination and number of the car outside and inside, both Cyrilic and Latin alphabet.
6. Announcement of an accidential stop, reasons for and expected delay.
7. Providing the opportunity to purchase food and drinks in long-distance trains which last longer than 4-5 hours.
8. Providing an information for emergency leaving and opening the exits for it.
9. Don`t stop to provide tickets 5 min before the train leaving. Place tickets mashines at the platforms.
10. Change your app, so that allows purchasing tickets online even 5 - 10 min after the train has left.
