Traffic safety corner of Delmas R50 and Barnard str Elarduspark

We , the community of ward 47, urge the COT together with Provincial Roads Dept to install traffic calming on the COT portion of Delmas R50 where it crosses Barnard Str. We have had several near fatal accidents at this robot due to the excessive speed vehicles travel at on Delmas Rd.

This crossing is used by residents who transport kids to schools in Wingate Park and Elarduspark. There is only one turn signal functioning at specific times and none on the other corners. 

We demand proper turn signals on all sides, functioning permanently, and rumble strips on both approaches on Delmas Rd to this crucial, dangerous crossing.

We also need TMPD to do proper speed law enforcement on a daily basis
