Unsafe Graffitied Underpass - Fostington Way, Kent

The underpass near Tunbury Primary School is continually being graffitied and vandalised. The lighting is insufficient and not protected from vandals. Every day hundreds of children use this underpass to get to and from school and are faced with obscene language. Although we have challenged the council, they are currently unwilling to make any commitment to repair and recondition the underpass to make it fit and safe for our children and future generations.
