We as public servants are tired of the inability to satisfy us.
Gems is failing it's members. This evident in the unendless complaints by its members. Its always there are insufficient funds, or funds have run out or this is not covered by Gems. We've been members of other medical schemes and we've never experienced what we getting from Gems.
- We request that the government allows us to opt out of Gems and allow us as public servants to choose which medical scheme to join.
- Or the government should look at how Gems is managed and compare it with other medical scheme that used to serve public servants.
