tail docking is an act of cruelty.. dogs dont need to have their tails cut off..it dosnt improve their ability to be a dog... it is cruel and barbaric... please please stop this!

I don't see what there is to consider? Animal mutilation for no reason other than aesthetics is a barbaric and cruel practice and totally unnecessary, especially in this day and age when we should know better!

I am totally against docking.I thinkk it is totally unnecessary and cruel. I bow to the superior knowledge of all the vets who are opposed to this practice and want to see an outright ban on it.

how very true! this should be the norm but sadly, alas it is not. As long as owners will allow their pets to breed uncontrolled we will have "unwanted" dogs. Sad but true! We need to support all no kill shelters and make it unacceptable to kill animals just because no one wants them within a 2 week period...

I demand as an animal lover to forbid any form of mutilation on any animal ,especially dog tails and ears and pigglets tail.I demand more and strickt control on animalabusers and breeding in order to protect all animals and implement severe punishments on those criminals.
